Once I find some rhubarb, I will be attempting to make this pie. Gluten-free, in my case.
Unfortunately, spring has been so late in coming, that I'm not sure there is much rhubarb available yet. So this experiment may have to wait.
(Since its a long weekend coming up, I may go aViking in my neighbourhood to see if there are any unguarded plants that I can pillage).
